Selected plan and single trial
A verified provider subscription event starts one seven-day company trial after the owner selects a plan and supplies payment details. The chosen plan controls seats and features during the trial. A browser checkout return never grants access by itself. Trial history may be checked across company, account, email, and provider identifiers to prevent repeated trials.
Seats and installations
A company owner or administrator assigns available seats to members. An assigned member approves one active Grommet installation through the browser device flow. An installation credential is tied to that device and seat; replacing a device revokes the previous active authorization. Do not share an account or device credential with another user.
Online and offline verification
The plugin periodically refreshes a signed access receipt from the service. A valid receipt can allow up to 72 hours of offline use, but never beyond the recorded trial or subscription term. Tampered, expired, or revoked credentials may be denied on the next check. Local clock changes do not extend entitlement.
End of access
When the paid period or trial ends without renewal, download and activation access ends. Cancellation generally leaves access until the recorded end date. A failed payment may enter recovery; refund, dispute, or provider revocation may change entitlement sooner. Account and billing controls remain available where possible so the owner can resolve the issue.
Production responsibility
Inspect Grommet output and retain a copy of the source artwork before production. The plugin assists with preparation; it does not replace a printer's, finisher's, or operator's quality-control checks. Release notes identify verified Photoshop and operating-system combinations.
Provider and updates
Lemon Squeezy maintains the commercial subscription, receipts, and underlying license record. The workspace synchronizes entitlement and manages seats and devices. Published updates are available only while the company has the required access.
