Parties and scope
These terms govern use of the Lagniappe Flow website, company workspace, Grommet plugin access, downloads, and support. The confirmed legal operator appears above. For purchases completed through Lemon Squeezy, Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record and its checkout and sale terms govern payment processing, tax, authoritative receipts, refunds, and chargebacks. The Grommet trial and device rules are explained further in the Trial & access conditions.
Business accounts and authority
Accounts are for people authorized to act for a company or studio. Provide accurate details, use your own verified email, protect sign-in credentials, and promptly report unauthorized use. The company owner controls commercial decisions, membership, and seat assignment. Administrators and members have the permissions shown in the workspace. An owner who accepts a plan represents that they may bind the company to that subscription.
Plans, prices, and checkout
Grommet plans, included seats, and advertised features are described on the pricing page. Studio requires an accepted quote and a staff-approved checkout. Enterprise additions and any negotiated adjustments must be confirmed in writing before purchase. Prices are displayed in TTD; Lemon Squeezy processes transactions in USD and shows the final amount, conversion, and applicable tax at checkout. Review that provider total before submitting payment. GenFlag, Panel, and ArtProof are in development; their indicative prices do not create a purchase offer.
Seven-day trial and renewal
A Grommet trial requires a selected plan and payment details. Selecting a plan, creating a workspace, opening checkout, or returning from checkout does not grant access. Access begins when a verified Lemon Squeezy subscription event confirms the trial. The trial lasts seven days and uses the selected plan's seat and feature limits. Unless canceled before the first charge, the selected monthly subscription renews automatically after the trial. The provider checkout and billing portal show the authoritative dates and total.
Cancellation, failed payments, and expiry
An owner can cancel through the billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewal; access normally continues to the recorded trial or paid-period end, subject to provider state and lawful adjustments. Failed payments may put the subscription into a recovery state and pause downloads or activation according to the displayed account status. Expired, refunded, disputed, or revoked access can end entitlement. Contact support if the workspace and provider records disagree.
Refunds and statutory rights
Lemon Squeezy handles payment refunds as merchant of record. Request a refund or report an incorrect charge using its receipt or billing support path and notify us if service access also needs review. Any published refund policy must be confirmed against the provider's rules before sales open. Nothing in these terms removes rights that applicable consumer law does not permit us to exclude.
Delivery, compatibility, and support
After confirmed entitlement and seat assignment, eligible members can download a published Grommet package and activate an installation. The release page identifies tested Photoshop and operating-system combinations; compatibility outside that list is not promised. We may provide fixes, updates, and support through the workspace or contact page. We do not guarantee an uninterrupted service or a specific future feature or release date.
Permitted use and ownership
Lagniappe Flow and its licensors retain the website and software rights. A current entitlement permits the company to use Grommet within its purchased seat allowance and published license conditions. Do not share credentials, bypass activation or seat limits, redistribute packages, interfere with the service, or use another company's data. You retain rights in your own artwork and company content. The plugin is intended to work on local Photoshop documents; review production output before printing or delivery.
Company data and acceptable content
Owners are responsible for the information their team submits and for obtaining any rights needed to use it. Do not upload unlawful material, another person's confidential data without authority, malware, or material that interferes with the service. We may restrict an account to investigate abuse or protect the service, while preserving lawful access to billing and support where practical.
Availability and changes
We may change site content and future product plans. Material changes to a paid plan, these terms, or service availability will be communicated where required. An existing subscription price is governed by the provider record unless a properly notified plan change is accepted. If these terms conflict with a mandatory law, that law controls to the extent required.
Governing law and disputes
The intended governing law is Trinidad and Tobago, subject to mandatory rights in a customer's location. Contact support first so we can investigate billing, access, or product concerns. The final dispute forum and any business-to-business limitations require legal review before these terms are approved.
Electronic records and contact
Keep a copy of the checkout confirmation, these terms, the privacy notice, the license conditions, and provider receipt for your records. The final checkout flow must present payment, delivery, cancellation, refund, and privacy information before acceptance and provide a retainable contract record. Questions can be sent through the contact page or confirmed support address above.
