Branded proof layouts

Reusable templates combine artwork previews with company details, disclaimers, job references, dimensions, and custom fields.

Production checks

Review effective resolution, colour mode, dimensions, maximum width, embedded colour profile, and bit depth against production profiles. Bleed and safe areas require visual review.

Revision and delivery records

Keep job and revision details, export PDF, JPG, or PNG proofs, and prepare WhatsApp messages for customer review. Messages and files still require user delivery.
