1. My download link expired

Return to Downloads and generate another link. You need an assigned seat and an active company trial or paid access period.

2. My invitation won’t work

Sign in with the exact invited email. Invitations expire after seven days and can be canceled by your company administrator. An account can belong to only one company.

3. I can’t see the plugin

Check that Creative Cloud completed the installation, restart Photoshop, and consult the compatibility information for your downloaded release. Send us your Photoshop version and operating system if the problem continues.

4. My subscription access ended

You can still sign in, view your team, ask for support, and open billing. Downloads and device refresh pause until subscription access is restored.
